The first set of the long form of the Yang Style Tai Chi is the focus of this 8 week series. Students will warm up with Qi Gong standing, moving and breathing exercise. Each week builds upon the previous weeks practice as we move toward a firm foundation of this popular exercise. Wear loose comfortable clothing you can easily move in and non-skid shoes and bring your favorite bottled water. Instructor Elizabeth N. looks forward to introducing you to this beginners exercise program.
