Introducing a new VIRTUAL program! This class is a virtual dance party. Designed for dancers and non-dancers alike! (No previous experience is necessary). It starts with free writing and yoga, then guided expressive dance. While there is some partner inspired dance such as salsa and waltz, no partner needed! There is no choreography to learn. You can dance with your camera off if you are more comfortable. Be ready with your notebook, pencil, and a scarf if you have one to dance with.
