General Government - lime green (including City Council, Mayor's Office, Auditor's, Assesor's, Treasurer's, Collectors / Parking Clerk, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, City Clerk/Registrar of Voters, License Commission, Planning and Development, and Central Services)

Public Safety - magenta (including Police, Fire, Dispatch, Building Commissioner, Parking Division)

Education - orange (including the Northampton Public School District's 4 elementary, 1 middle and 1 high school, and the Smith Voctaional and Agricultural High School, and administrative offices for both school districts)

Public Works - blue (the department of public works)

Human Services - purple (including Health Department, Council on Aging / Senior Center, Veterans' Services)

Culture and Recreation - teal (including Arts Council, Recreation, Lilly Library, Forbes Library)
