Scheduling Requests

  1. Thank you for your interest in submitting a meeting request to Mayor Narkewicz. All requests must be submitted in writing. Please allow at least two weeks for processing your request after you have submitted it. To ensure your request receives proper consideration, please complete all fields of the online form we have provided for your convenience.

  2. Please give a detailed description of what you would like to address with the Mayor.

  3. Please list the number of people and their role in the meeting.

  4. Please send us a written request by mail to: Office of the Mayor, City Hall, 210 Main Street - Room 12, Northampton, MA, 01060 or by email to mayor@northamptonma.gov including the above information.

  5. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE TYPICALLY DETERMINE THE MAYOR’S AVAILABILITY TWO TO FOUR WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF THE EVENT OR MEETING. SUBMITTING A REQUEST DOES NOT GUARANTEE A MEETING TIME.
