Public Meeting Review Form
The Public Meeting Review Form was created as a tool to evaluate the conduct of Northampton's government meetings. The Committee on Best Practices encourages interested citizens to complete the form as fully as possible, but it is not required. The more information we have, the more useful our review and evaluation process will be.
INSTRUCTIONS
Ideally, the form will be filled out:
1. During or immediately following the meeting.
2. By someone who is attending as an observer, rather than an active participant (e.g., applicant for a special permit). But, anyone who wishes to complete the form, is welcome to do so. Please indicate your role in the meeting on Page 1, under "Observer".
