Northampton Community Television, Inc. (NCTV)
The City of Northampton contracts with NCTV to operate the Northampton cable access studio under the Cable License Agreement. NCTV is an independent non-profit membership organization. Membership is open to all Northampton residents as outlined in the NCTV bylaws.

William Dwight, President - Former City Councilor and until recently a member of the Cable Advisory Board that conducted the public ascertainment process of cable system and public access needs and advised Mayor Higgins on the cable license renewal. Bill is a producer and talent advisor and sits on the board of the Media Education Foundation. Mayoral appointee.
Christopher Adams, Treasurer - Director of Venue Engineering, NBC Olympics - 30 years of television production and engineering planning for 5 Olympic games. Mayoral appointee.
Jane Madden, Clerk - Video/Photo teacher at Northampton High School. Former board member of Brattleboro, VT Community TV. Producer for Macneil/Lehrer NewsHour at North Carolina PBS networks. Former Public Relations Director/Media Liaison in MA State Senate. Mayoral appointee.
Pamela Hunter - School Committee member and appointee.
Clodagh Kosior - Northampton Cable Advisory Board Appointee.
