While these messages primarily convey Snow Emergency information, other alerts and emergencies (like flooding and major road closures) may also be emailed to you.

These alerts serve as a back-up for the more current, reliable, and detailed information provided by the 24hr Snow Hotline (413-586-6969), and our local news media.

Email is not 100% reliable and addresses returned as undeliverable are deleted. The sign-up process does not check to see if the email address you enter is valid, though you will get a confirmation if it is.

Cell phone addresses work but most people do not know their cell phone's email address. For more information click here.

Sign up as often as you like; duplicate addresses are ignored. Doing this assures you stay on the list.
