While these messages primarily convey Snow Emergency information, other alerts and emergencies (like flooding and major road closures) may also be emailed to you.

These alerts serve as a back-up for the more current, reliable, and detailed information provided by the Snow Hotline (413-586-6969), and our local news media.

Email is not 100% reliable and addresses returned as undeliverable are deleted. The sign-up process does not check to see if the email address you enter is valid, though you will get a confirmation if it is. There is no harm in signing up as often as you like; duplicate addresses are ignored.
