Pleasant Street Petroleum Cleanup

The City of Northampton seeks environmental consulting services to undertake cleanup of a petroleum release within the Pleasant Street (Rt. 5) right-of-way in accordance with the Massachusetts Contingency Plan. Consultants must have prior experience in petroleum assessments, preparing and implementing comprehensive remediation plans, and implementing petroleum remediation and must be prequalified by MassHighway for HAZARDOUS WASTE REMEDIATION. Preliminary project duration is August 2008 to June 2009. Maximum budget is $228,000.
