THE PLANNING BOARD meets at 7:00 P.M. in Council Chambers, Puchalski Municipal Building, 212 Main Street, Northampton, MA for public hearings:

7:00 P.M. Continuation of a request by Robert Ficarra for a Special Permit/Site Plan to add two new townhouse units to a lot with an existing single family home, 117 Straw Avenue, Florence (Map ID 17D-19).


7:45 P.M. Request by Forish Construction Co. for a Site Plan Amendment to convert a building (KIA) to parking at the Toyota dealership 244-280 King St, Northampton, Map ID 24B-50.

8:00 P.M. Review of Comprehensive Permit Amendment by Habitat for Humanity cluster units at the end of Garfield Avenue.
