Public Hearing to discuss changes to Tobacco Regulations
The Northampton Board of Health will hold a public hearing to hear comments from the community about proposed amendments to the Northampton Regulations Affecting Smoking in Public Places and Youth Access to Tobacco.
The amendments focus on Nicotine Delivery Products such as e-cigarettes and the Board of Health is proposing to regulate these products in the same manner as tobacco. See attachment for details (amendments are underlined).
At the hearing, members of the public will be given the opportunity to provide comment on these amendments. The Board of Health will not be making any decisions at this meeting.
