Stretch Code Workshop:
In January 2010, Massachusetts adopted higher-level energy efficient building techniques into the MA Building Code, according to MA Green Communities Act requirements. At the same time, cities and towns were given the option of adopting an even tighter energy efficiency code known as the “Stretch Code.” This workshop is intended to provide information about what adoption of the Stretch Code would mean for our community.
