Year 27 2010-2011 CDBG Presentation of draft Consolidated Plan & Action Plan

Every five years the City revises its CDBG Consolidated Plan, which identifies priority needs for CDBG resources. All proposed projects and activities must meet HUD eligibility criteria and show a benefit to low and moderate-income households within the City of Northampton.

The Community and Economic Development Office (CEDO) will hold the following public hearing(s) in order to plan and implement CDBG programs and activities for the program year beginning July 1, 2010 for the purpose described:
