Northampton Central Services invites bids for its School and City Buildings, Annual Boiler Maintenance and Emergency Repair Services. This bid will also include performing preventative maintenance on (2) 200 ton chiller units. Estimated contract price is $12,000. The deadline for receipt of bids is 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 12, 2011. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Annual boiler maintenance and cleaning work must be completed by November 30, 2011. Bid packages are available in the Central Services Office at 240 Main St., Northampton from 9:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m M-F until the bid deadline.
