The Community Preservation Committee requests that all applicants review the Community Preservation Plan prior to submitting CPA Eligibility Determination forms and CPA Project Application Forms.

Third round Eligibility Forms must be received by 4:30 pm at the Office of Planning and Development on August 12, 2008.
