The Ordinance/Claims Committee, a subcommittee of the City Council, meets on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 PM in the City Council chambers, Wallace J. Puchalski Municipal Building, 212 Main Street, Northampton, MA to discuss Ordinances that were referred to the Committee from City Council.
The Ordinance/Claims Committee also handles claims for property damage, personal injury and towing reimbursement that are brought against the City.

Claims
The Ordinance Committee handles claims for the Claims Committee for incidents arising out of personal injury, property damage and towing reimbursement that are brought against the City.
