Mailbox Claims

If your mailbox has been damaged due to a City snow plow, you are eligible to fill out the attached information and submit it to the Claims Committee for a new mailbox.

Please be sure to complete all of the information. Once the Claim Form and Release are received by the Claims Committee, a voucher for a new mailbox will be mailed to you. You can redeem the voucher at Florence Hardware, Foster Farrar or Northampton Lumber.
