Innholder & Lodging House License
Innholder Licenses are required for Hotel establishments and are governed by Mass General Laws Chapter 140 Section 2

The fee for an Innholder License is $35.00 and is renewed annually.
Lodging House Licenses are required for any building in which 4 or more unrelated persons live together.
The fee for a Lodging House License is $50.00 and is renewed annually.
