The Office of the Parking Clerk is responsible for the processing of all parking violations and the collection of all fines and penalties from parking violations. The office adjudicates all hearings and appeals for parking violations and abandoned vehicles. The office also works with the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles to clear the marking of registrations and licenses upon payment of outstanding fines. The office also has additional responsibilities as described below.
