This online retirement calculator can provide you with an estimate of benefits you may be entitled to when you retire. It is only intended to be used as such and is in no way a guarantee of actual benefits. For a personalized estimate, please contact our office.

You will need your employee number to access your information. This number can be found on your pay stub if you are an employee of the City of Northampton.

For Forbes Library and Northampton Housing Authority employees, a unique number has been assigned and will be mailed to you soon.

For logistical reasons, part of your three-year average salary must be approximated by this calculator, so please keep this in mind. The average salary reported here should be close, but is unlikely to be exact (generally it is slightly less than the actual).

If you know that you've had gaps in service, please realize this calculator may not be reporting that.

The calculator is updated on a monthly basis, generally after all of the deductions from our three units are received in and posted.
