ELEGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Qualified veterans with non-service
connected disabilities who have
served in the armed
forces of the United States
for ninety (90) consecutive
days, one of which was
during wartime, who
received an honorable
military discharge are
elegible to receive services
at the Soldier's Home.
Copies of the discharge
(DD-214) must be filed
with our admission office.
Under Massachsetts
laws, veterans cannot be
admitted or treated in the
Outpatient Department for:
* Sevice-connected cases for
service-connected disabilities.
* 100% service-connected
cases for any condition
* Industrial accident cases
* automobile accident cases
involving insurance and liability
of another
