Habits of Health
Making better nutrition choices means that we feel better, manage our stress better and are healthier overall. We all want to make good choices even when we are busy. This six week program suggests healthy eating strategies. In that period of time these strategies can become healthy habits. In addition this program encourages you to improve your health through exercise and social activities, all important to our well being.
Use the downloadable form to track your activities. Award yourself one point for each activity you complete in the appropriate box below. Record a maximum of three points per day. Your goal is to accumulate at least 80 points over the course of six weeks.
