Health Department Hours
The Health Department Self Serve Lobby is open 8:30 until 4:30 Monday thru Friday. Complaint forms and permit applications are available as well as a drop box for all correspondence. Please note - no cash may be placed into the dropbox.
Counter Assistance is available 10:00 until 2:00 Monday thru Friday and by appointment, 587-1214.

Northampton Well Survey
The Northampton Health Department is very interested in learning more about private wells in the city. We are conducting a survey of properties we believe have private well water to learn more about locations, environmental conditions surrounding the wells and water quality testing practices. Please contact Ben Wood, director of the Health Department to schedule a time for a representive to come to your house to complete this survey or if you have any questions.
