If you have been a subscriber of Altus Dental for at least one year...you may have earned additional benefits based on your useage last year. This additional benefit can be used towards services this year, or even saved/combined with future carryovers for future services. To see if you qualified and what your carryover benefit amount is, please visit the Altus Dental website www.altusdental.com.

Then:
click on "members"

"sign in" or register if you have not done so before (you'll need your Altus Dental subscriber number on your ID Card)

Once singed in click on the Go! button beside "Benefit Check"

Review your information including any carryover amount indicated.

Open enrollment for this benefit will be in May for a July 1 effective date.
