Innholder & Lodging House License
Innholder Licenses are required for Hotel establishments and are governed by Mass General Laws Chapter 140 Section 2

The fee for an Innholder License is $40.00 for 2010.
Lodging House Licenses are required for any building in which 4 or more unrelated persons live together. See Mass General Laws Chapter 140 Section 22 http://www.mass.gov/legis/laws/mgl/140-22.htm
The fee for a Lodging House License is $50.00 for 2010.
