Examples of Transactions are: New License for Seasonal Wine & Malt Restaurant or Changes in Existing Licenses - New Officers or Directors, Pledge of License, Change of Manager, Pledge of Stock, Transfer or Issuance of Stock, New Stockholders, Transfer of License, Alteration of Premises, Change of License Type, Change of Corporate Name, Change of Location, Change of DBA, and Change of Hours
Also, please visit the ABCC website at http://www.mass.gov/abcc/forms.htm for ABCC required forms. You may type information onto these forms on your computer, print out all forms, sign and bring to the License Commission office to submit your application!
