Entertainment License

The License Commission only has authority to issue Entertainment (Sunday through Saturday)Licenses to a liquor licensed premise.

For an Entertainment License for Sunday Entertainment at a non-liquor licensed premise, please contact the Mayor's Office at (413) 587-1249.

Entertainment licenses are issued on an annual basis and cost $80.00 for 2012.

An Entertainment License is needed to conduct entertainment such as a DJ, karaoke and/or live bands.
