Assessors and Zoning Maps
Assessors and Zoning Maps are updated annually.
Notes:
1. These maps open with Internet Explorer (IIE) and some other browsers. If your browser doesn't open them, try IE.
2. Assessors’ maps are updated based on stamped and recorded surveys provided to us. We assume such surveys is correct unless a second survey shows otherwise.
3. Parcels are split when subdivisions and ANR surveys are approved showing splits, even if no deed has yet been filed.
4. Parcels are merged as new subdivisions, deeds, and recorded instruments are filed that show merged parcels, when we receive other evidence that parcels cannot be divided, and when a property owner who owns two adjacent parcels so requests.
These maps are at 1"=100' (in urban areas) and 1"=200' (in rural and suburban areas) on 24" x 36" paper. Use graphic scale bar for correct measurements on other size paper.
