EVERYTHING filed with Planning and Sustainability is immediately in the public domain and on the web. Do NOT file anything which is not public.

Staff issued permits: ANRs and Historic District Certificate of Non-Applicability (project may be exempt)

Central Business Arch./West St, Historic District, Planning & Zoning Board issued permits: Appeals, Finding, Site Plan, Special Permit, Subdivision, Variance, etc.

Conservation Commission issued permits: Wetlands
- NOTE: Demolition Delay is part of building permit process
