Commonwealth Capital is the Massachusetts scoring system of how well

communities are doing in achieving certain sustainable development goals.

The scores below show the top ten scores in the Commonwealth.   Blanks

are shown when communities either did not submit an application and when

the Commonwealth has not yet completed scoring a community’s application.

For the two years that this program has been in existence, Northampton has

received the highest rank score, well above all other communities.
