PARKING TICKET PAYMENT SYSTEM

The Office of the Parking Clerk Accepts Payments and Appeal Requests Online.

When a parking violation is issued, please allow at least 24 hours for it to be available for payment on-line or by telephone.

To pay or appeal a current parking violation on-line, click on the link in the blue box above. You will need the parking violation information (ticket number and vehicle registration) to complete the process.

If you wish to appeal a parking violation, you must do so within 21 days of issuance of the violation. Appeal Forms can be obtained at the Parking Clerk’s Office or you can print an Appeal Form by clicking on the link below and mail it to this office.

The Hearing Officer will review the appeal and send you a written response advising whether the fine will be waived or stand. All appeals will be responded to within 30 days.

·In person payment for tickets in Non-Renewal Status must be in cash or Money Order only, Monday – Friday between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.

Please Note - When paying a non-renewal parking violation you must contact the Office of the Parking Clerk at 413-587-1025, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm to have the violation released at the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
