PARKING VIOLATION PAYMENT OPTIONS

In person payment for tickets in Non-Renewal Status must be in cash or Money Order only, Monday – Friday between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.

When a parking violation is issued, please allow at least 24 hours for it to be available for payment on-line or by telephone.

To pay or appeal a current parking violation on-line, click on the link above. You will need the parking violation information (ticket number and vehicle registration) to complete the process.

If you wish to appeal a parking violation, you must do so within 21 days of issuance of the violation. Appeal Forms can be obtained at the Parking Clerk’s Office or you can send a written appeal to this office.

The Hearing Officer will review the appeal and send you a written response advising whether the fine will be waived or stand. All appeals will be responded to within 30 days.

Please Note - When paying a non-renewal parking violation you must contact the Office of the Parking Clerk at 413-587-1025, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm to have the violation released at the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
