After a violation is issued, please allow at least 3 days for it to be available for payment by phone or by web.

All parking violations in non-renewal status with The Registry of Motor Vehicles must be paid in cash or money order, Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at:

If you wish to appeal a parking violation, you must do so within 21 days of issuance of the violation. You can stop by the Parking Clerk’s Office to pick up a Hearing Form or you can print a Hearing Form from the link on the top of this page for your convenience. The Hearing Officer will review your appeal and will let you know within three weeks of receiving the appeal whether your fine will be waived or whether it will stand.
