Days/Times: Ages 16+: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 6:00 to 7:15 pm, Saturdays 9:00 to 10:15 am

Date: 6 weeks from time of individual registration - year round

This Okinawan style karate class is an excellent form of exercising combining self-defense, self-discipline and stress reduction. This course is designed to fit into anyone's schedule. Participants register for a 6-week period.
