This awesome sport hits Northampton this spring. Learn the rules, the throws and the strategies that make this physically demanding sport a blast to play! Using a Frisbee and a field set-up with two end zones, players advance the disc by passing and catching downfield. With plenty of running, team play and good natured fun the popularity of Ultimate Frisbee is exploding. Come and catch the spirit of the game!

WHAT TO BRING EACH CLASS:
Sneakers, appropriate clothes for this outdoor activity, a small snack, full water bottle

An announcement will be made over the loudspeaker at JFK Middle School if the program is cancelled, or you can
