Join us as we take our yoga virtual!  In this all-levels yoga class we will explore a variety of yoga poses, emphasizing skillful alignment so you can feel stronger, more flexible, and freer as you move. We will also focus on moving with your breath and mindfulness practices so you can feel more relaxed and peaceful.  You will need a mat.
