In order to cut down on lines for transactions, address the substantial increases in the cost of ingredients, and make this event run smoothly, we have made some changes to our offerings and our reservation and payment process.
We now require prepayment and reservations to be made 2 business days in advance. Members can pay online by credit card through myactivecenter.com (use your scan card to create an account) or by phone at 413-587-1228 ext. 4) or with cash at the reception desk. It is important to remember that a meal is not guaranteed if you do not have a reservation. The Public and Non-Seniors (under 60) can order by calling us at 413-587-1228.
We are now offering two options for portion sizes: Regular plate and Large plate. Both offerings include an entrée, a side and a dessert. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when placing your order and we will make every effort to accommodate. Vegetarian options will always be the regular menu offering without meat, or something comparable. Fresh fruit can be requested in place of dessert.
**Financial aid for a reduced cost meal is available for those who qualify.
Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice and a credit will be issued for future use
Financial Aid is available to Northampton Seniors age 60 years and over to participate in certain Northampton Senior Services & Wellness Programing.
