Assessor/Zoning Maps

Please note that these files are not to be used for boundary determination, conveyances, or accurate measurement purposes. They contain errors and omissions and do NOT replace surveys for authoritative property boundaries. Only a professional land surveyor can provide you with an authoritative property boundary. For authoritative property information, including boundary descriptions, please do a search on the Hampshire Registry of Deeds at https://www.masslandrecords.com/Hampshire.

  • Parcel Tax information can be found on the web map on Assessor's Page
  • In addition to the PDF maps below, you can create your own maps using the City’s GIS data and Google Earth. Please go to the “Make Maps” link on the left for instructions.
  • If your browser doesn't open the maps, try a different browser.
  • Assessors’ maps are updated when stamped subdivisions, ANR surveys, or 81X surveys are provided to us, even if no deed has been filed, unless other surveys show otherwise.
  • Parcels are merged as new subdivisions, deeds, and recorded instruments are filed that show merged parcels, when we receive evidence that parcels cannot be divided, and when a property owner who owns two adjacent parcels so requests.
