Public Hearing on 21.188 Application for License to Store Flammables and Combustibles at 138 North King Street

The City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at 7:05 p.m. on the application of Big Y Foods, Inc. for a License for Storage of Flammables and Combustibles to use the property at 138 North King Street, Northampton, MA (the existing Big Y Supermarket parking lot) for the storage of two (2) 20,000-gallon underground storage tanks: one (1) 20,000-gallon gasoline and one (1) 20,000 gallon split tank with 10,000 gallons of gasoline and 10,000 gallons of diesel. The City Council will hear all persons who wish to be heard thereon.
