Announcement of Public Hearing on 22.199 National Grid/Verizon Pole Petition for North Main Street (Petition #30610121)

Per M.G.L. Ch. 166, Section 22, the Northampton City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers, 212 Main Street, Northampton, MA on National Grid/Verizon's petition to install two (2) jointly-owned stub poles on North Main Street. (Petition #30610121). Instructions for accessing the hearing remotely may be found on the March 16, 2023 City Council agenda to be posted on www.northamptonma.gov no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting. The City Council will hear all persons who wish to be heard thereon.

Announcement of Public hearing re: Northampton Capital Improvement Program for FY2024 - FY2028 - Thursday, March 16, 2023

In accordance with Article 7, Section 7-5 of the Charter, the Northampton City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 7:05 p.m. in City Council Chambers, Wallace J. Puchalski Municipal Building, 212 Main Street, Northampton, MA  The City Council will consider the Capital Improvement Program for FY2024-FY2028, and hear all persons who wish to be heard thereon. The CIP is available for inspection online at wwwnorthamptonma.gov.

Process note: Sponsors respectfully request suspension of rules to allow the resolution to be approved tonight since the proposed COVID-19 Remembrance Day is the first Monday of March.
