Ch. 166, Section 22, the Northampton City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 7:05 p.m. on National Grid/Verizon New England's petition to install underground conduit on Damon Road (Petition #23303524). The City Council will hear all persons who wish to be heard thereon.
