Per M.G.L. Chapter 148, Section 13, North Commons at Village Hill, LLC has submitted an application for a License to Store Flammables and Combustibles for one (1) 4,000-gallon LP Gas underground storage tank at 140 Olander Drive, Northampton, MA.

The City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 7:05 p.m. and hear all persons who wish to be heard thereon.

History:
- Amended 2nd "Be it Further Resolved" clause to delete "by at least $882,602" and replace with "with a meaningful investment that would assure viability"
