Per M.G.L. Ch. 166, Section 22, the Northampton City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 7:05 p.m. on National Grid/Verizon New England's petition to install one jointly-owned (JO) pole on Cross Path Road and National Grid's petition to install 330 feet of underground conduit leading to the pole and two heavy-duty handholes on Cross Path Road (Petition #30408955). The City Council will hear all persons who wish to be heard thereon.
