About Facility Usage

The Northampton Recreation Department coordinates usage of athletic fields, pavilions and parks for the city. There are various fees involved, depending on the usage. Pavilion rentals are available at Maines and Arcanum Field, see below.

All organized usage of parks, fields and facilities must be authorized by the Parks & Recreation Department.

Reservations for Fields and Parks

• Requests for usage must be received at least 30 days in advance of start or event date.
• There is a usage priority policy, which is included in the usage request form, click below.

• Commercial use of parks for such things as Yoga, fitness, etc. classes requires a permit, click here.

Pavilion Reservations

Pavilions at Maines Field and Arcanum Field are also available for rent. Call or email the Recreation Department to inquire about availability.
