Look Park Roundabout Closure for Night Work
NORTHAMPTON - The roundabout at the intersection of Bridge Road, Look Park, and North Main Street will be closed between September 30, 2024, and October 5, 2024, during the night hours of 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. The night work includes milling and paving the road surface, adjusting utility structures, and reconstructing pedestrian curb ramps. Pavement markings will be installed at a later date. All traffic will be detoured around the construction area during night work hours. The detour will go through Florence and Haydenville, as shown on the detour map (pdf). Please remember to account for the extra travel time (approximately 10 minutes) to your destination. The roundabout will be open to normal traffic patterns between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
