Grease is a major cause of sewer clogs and back-ups
- Keep all grease, oils, fats, and fatty foods from going in the sink, garbage disposal, drains, and sewers.
- Dispose of grease, oils, and fats by putting them into a lidded container, mixing in absorbent material (such as kitty litter or coffee grounds), sealing the container, and putting it in the trash.
