The Hampshire Public Health Shared Services Collaborative (HPHSSC) will be meeting having its bi-monthly Public Health Excellence (PHE) Grant Meeting on Thursday December 5, 2024 from 1pm-2pm virtually and in-person at 212 Main Street in Northampton, MA 01060 in the City Council Chambers room located on the 3rd floor.
The meeting room is located in the same municipal building as the Department of Health and Human Services main office. Parking is available in the pay-by-plate lot adjacent to the Peter Pan bus station.
