The Northampton Public Health Director, Merridith O’Leary, has issued two orders prohibiting entry into restaurants for take-out service and prohibiting self-service of food and beverages. • Order Prohibiting Entry into Restaurants for Take-Out Service (PDF)
  All restaurants are to cease and desist from allowing customers to enter or remain on the premises. All customer orders must be taken by phone or online. All orders must be picked up curbside or delivered. 
• Order Prohibiting Self-Service of Food and Beverages (PDF)
  All operators are to cease and desist from allowing self-serve coffee, sugar and dairy (or dairy substitute). All food and beverages must be handled exclusively by the operator prior to delivery to the customer.
